Pricing structure:

All prices displayed by Private Sale Gurus and any promotional materials are subject to change without notice.

GST:

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are GST inclusive. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax Invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

Our Returns Policy:

e-resources and e-publications- Private Sale Gurus are unable to accept returns nor refund. CDRoms or DVD’s- You may return CDRoms or DVD’s within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if Private Sale Gurus is satisfied that the item is materially defective. We can not accept returns of CDRoms or DVD’s when any item is returned more than 14 days after delivery. If we are satisfied that you received an item you didn't order we will refund the purchase price in full.

Our Risk of Loss Policy:

All reports purchased from us are delivered via the Internet. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon your computer receiving the report.
